Hello and welcome. Expression Needed is a blog designed to share my journey in learning photography. It's a personal blog designed to share my views. I am a visual person and love photography and graphics. I also love pets, water fowl and birds. Often times they are the subjects of my photography. Every once in a while, if I get riled up, I even share an opinion or maybe even two!
I live in southern Oklahoma and at the time of this posting we are experiencing heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and we are under a tornado watch. I came online just long enough to get this post up. I don't think anything serious will roll through my area. My prayers go out to any of you that are getting hit hard. As for us this is a blessing. We need the rain. Oklahoma is experiencing the worst drought since the 'Great Dust Bowl' days. I'll be online early as soon as this weather clears.
Here in Australia, we have just had Cyclone Oswald pass across the top end, and as it 'weakened' it went down the east cost of Australia (Queensland and NSW). Along the way, we had at least 6 tornados (very rare) and lots of flooding...
Beautiful horse. Thanks for hosting Jackie. I hope the weather was not bad and your your area was not hit by the tornado. Take care and all the very best to you.
beautiful photo and stay safe, i see these storms on our tv right now.. it is headed for us but supposed to drop the bad stuff before it gets here at midnight bringing cold behind it.
great shot. I know my horse doesn't care about me taking pics, but my donkeys do!! They flip their ears around and jump every time the shutter goes off!
Hi Jackie! Love the photo! About the hanging candle holder on my blog - it actually does no have a bottom so the candle & wire holder go in pretty easy. I actually sell them, if you are interested in purchasing one, drop me an email. theglassloft@yahoo.com Thanks!
